Responsibilities

  • You will structure and analyze data, write codes to implement requirements, solve problems and identify potential optimizations. You will maintain an overview and work closely with frontend and backend developers and other team members in an agile environment.
  • Automated testing, transparent code documentation as well as the integration and migration of applications.
  • You know the trends in the industry and always have the best solution in mind, develop new ideas or functions for products.
  • By taking part in further education and training, you will always stay up-to-date with regard to new programming languages and technical requirements.
  • You manage projects according to the SCRUM method independently and are also happy to take the lead.

Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience in developing RESTful APIs using Node.js and at least two years of experience with React.JS.
  • Solid knowledge of Express.js, Redux, and React Hooks.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS and a good understanding of modern JavaScript (ES2015 and beyond).
  • Proficient skills in working with MySQL databases and data layers.
  • Knowledge of integrating and migrating applications to a modern platform using Docker and Kubernetes to both AWS and an onPrem cloud.
  • Experience in test-driven development and transparent code documentation. Experience in working in an interdisciplinary, agile Scrum team as well as strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using team development tools (Microsoft TFS, Git, SVN, Atlassian, etc.). Proficient in using Multi-Tenant Web Application Development.
  • Fluent in English.
